Building financial security through proactive fraud prevention
In 2019, our founder Sarah Mitchell watched her elderly father lose £12,000 to a sophisticated phone scam. The bank offered sympathy but no recovery. The police took a statement but admitted they had little chance of catching the perpetrators. The fraud protection services available at the time focused on identity monitoring, not real-time prevention.
That experience revealed a fundamental gap: most fraud protection operates after the damage is done. We decided to build something different.
We combine three disciplines that rarely work together: cybersecurity expertise, fraud investigation experience, and behavioural psychology. This allows us to understand not just how attacks work technically, but how they manipulate human decision-making.
Every member of our team has worked in financial crime prevention. We have investigated fraud cases for major banks, traced cryptocurrency theft, and analysed social engineering tactics used by organised crime networks.
Traditional fraud protection waits for patterns to emerge across thousands of victims. We focus on the individual. Your banking habits, your vulnerabilities, your specific risk profile.
We do not sell software subscriptions that send generic alerts. We provide analysis, training, and direct support from people who understand how fraud actually happens.
We operate under strict ethical guidelines. We never share client information. We never sell data to third parties. We never use fear-based marketing to pressure people into unnecessary services.
If we identify a vulnerability, we explain it clearly and give you options. If we believe a service is not appropriate for your situation, we tell you.
Our goal is to make banking fraud protection accessible and understandable, not to create dependency on complex technical solutions.
